Hi Ive got an 82 Alfa GTV6 Balocco edition. The previous owner installed a brand new 3 liter V6 in it 6 yrs ago and it is very nice. This is my 3rd Alfa. Also had a 76 Alfetta GT I restored while I was in college. The other was an 84 GTV6. The 82 is currently for sale in the Ferrari Chat ads. My thanks to Rob for providing me a place to list it.

I have owned 8 Alfas over the years, holding a 1969 1300 Junior Spider for over 30 years. Compared to my 87 TR it is quite different but also Pininfarina designed.....beautiful! Alfas have been misunderstood in the U.S.A. primarily because of the lack of training to the dealer network. I hope that the 2004 inportation is accomplished with the same objectives as the German imports have.....my other cars..58 Morgan( right hand drive +4 ), 52 MG TD Mark II, 92 Corvette, 69 Jag XKE and for fast fun...92 Ducati 851 Competition, 96 Big Dog (Edelbrock, cams, etc. ) and a 65 Harley FLH !!!!

I have an Alfa Romeo GTV TS -96. The 3.0 l V6 is a miniferrari according to Top Gear and I couldn't agree more.

I have had a 155 TS -93 and a Racing GTV6-Corsa -83.

Ciao

I have an 82 Spider Veloce. I LOVE it. It is in perfect condition. I just had the wheels refinished and I repainted it after resetting the headlights in the fender to properly fit the light covers. Sperry Valve Works did a "stage 5" head prep 2 years ago. I got a great non-cat exhaust system from FAZA that you just have to hear at 4500 rpm. It's kind of funny the amount of attention I get when I drive it. It is almost as much as my 308. Nobody under 25 has heard of Alfa Romeo. It's hard for me to believe but I have found it to be true whenever I stop somewhere and somebody asks me what kind of car it is.

After owning Italian cars for over 30 years (Fiats, Lancias and Ferraris) I just bought my first Alfa Romeo......it is a pristine one owner 1971 1750 spider with only 44,000 miles.....I can't believe how excited I got....maybe it is just finding the right car.
