Unless there are different tread patterns, the PZero pics I've seen show no channeling on them. Purely for dry conditions.

well the Pzero rear tires were put on 1 day before the rain after the last ones became bald (oops) so the grip should of been OK..the front tires had maybe 6k miles on them..

Those Michelins my be great tires, everybody is happy with them.

Michelin

vs. my AVS Sport

The Michelin is a little more money but really insignificant.

I ran my F355 on a race course in light misting rain about 6 weeks ago on S-02s, only added a couple of seconds per lap. Its got to be the Pzeros.

I wish my dad had a Ferrari he would let me drive. Even if he had one though i wouldnt have a snowball's chance in hell of driving it without him in the car.

I am running AVS Sport Yokohama on my car and this is the best rain tire I have ever experienced. The car is super stable dispite tropical rain on I95. Talking about having an inch of rain run-off on the road within a matter of seconds. Crusn right through at 60Mph and leaving every car on the road behind you.

I drove a Dodge Demon 340 back then. Still have it!!(Now it has over 500hp and a lot less rust) Andrew, smile every day and know that life is a beautiful thing when dad likes Ferraris! I could never convince my dad that we could sell the house, buy a TR and live in a tent.

I have the Pilot Sport on the 360. Steady as a rock in the rain. Of course, it would be foolish to do high-performance driving on wet roads.

Drove my 360 in driving rain for 90 mi with new (1000mi) Mich pilot sports on board and it was stable and well grounded.
How many mi on those p zero's? I found both with my 355 and the 360 that after 8k mi it's time for a new set of tires.

I drove my 360 in heavy rain. It was pretty hum interesting. On the highway, the car was very unstable. California highways are pretty bad and the car was loosing traction quite often. Also, the rear became loose a few times on smaller roads in some turns. Since then I avoid the 360 when it is raining. I'm sure it is a piece of cake for experience drivers but, well, not for me.

It is hard to believe it is just the tires since I have some P0 on the P car and don't experience any problem in the rain. Maybe someting else in the setup is optimized for dry condition, or maybe I'm just used to the P car 4WD?

Reminds me of a joke...

Funny Bar Jokes - Rich Little Kid
This guy walks into a bar and sees a lady sitting by herself. He goes over and buys her and drink and they chat a while and he leaves with her to go to her place. They are in the middle of having a good time when he hears a noise at the door and she says "It's my husband home for lunch... quick, hide in the closet!" So he does.

He's standing in the closet when he hears this small voice... "Gee, it's dark in here". He looks around trying to find out where it came from when he hears it again... "Gee, it's dark in here..."

He quickly whispers "Shhhh, who are you?"

The little voice says "That's my mommy and daddy out there, gee, it's dark in here, I'm scared, I'm gonna scream."

The man whispers back "No, PLEASE don't scream. I'll give you five dollars if you don't scream."

The little boy answers "Gee, it's dark in here, I'm pretty scared, I'm gonna scream..."

"I'll give you ten dollars if you don't scream."

"Gee, it's dark in here, I'm REALLY scared, I'm gonna scream..."

The guy says "Look kid, here's FIFTY dollars, it's all I have, don't scream."

"Ok." the kid whispers quietly.

So the guy waits in the closet till he hears the husband finish lunch and as soon as he hears the door close he runs out of the closet and jumps out the window and runs down the street. Later that afternoon, the lady is out shopping with her son at the mall when he sees a bike in the toy store window and says to his mom "Gee, I'd REALLY like that bike."

"Sorry, I can't afford to buy you a bike."

The kid says, "That's ok, I can buy it myself, I have fifty dollars."

She pulls him aside and asks him "WHERE did you get fifty dollars?"

"I'll never tell."

"You BETTER tell me where you got that money."

"I'll never tell."

"You must have done something bad to get that money. I'm taking you to church and you can tell the priest how you got that money in confession." So she does.

The little boy is in the confessional and the door closes and he says "Gee, it's dark in here..."

And the priest answers "Now let's not start THAT again..."

I've driven my 328 at 70 through pouring rain. It's the tires. You can tell just by looking at photos of the PZero treads that they would be horrible in the wet.
