Change your seals. The stop leaks aren't a good idea. Where ever they get in contact with O2 they will bond. Not a good idea in your engine. Replacing with fresh seals = much better = happier Ferrari! |

If you want to waste money and time and feel good. Try some of that new castrol gtx 20w50 for engines with over 75k miles on it. I doubt it does anything but It will make you feel like you tried. |

Get JBWeld and then the engine can look like the rest of the rednecks that live in Southern Maryland. :-) Change ALL the gaskets, it will be your safest bet. |

Ferrari has never approved of any oil additives to date. It took them a long time to accept synthetics. Listen up and changed gaskets. |

Is there any product that soaks through the gaskets from the outside and helps them expand and reseal? |

The thought of putting anything except oil in the oil fill always makes me very nervous on an engine I care about. I had a few leaking beaters in the past, tried everything they sold at the local auto shop and still had a leaking beater. Good luck though. |

Give it up, pal. Do what Ken says, or you'll end up with a lot more expense on your hands. Pouring some kind of stop leak in your engine isn't going to fix the gaskets. |

My Garage Queen Lotus had been driven 250 miles in 7 years. I changed all the rubber parts except the tires as a precaution. I was almost killed by ignoring the tires. Replace all your hoses and gaskets, and tires too. It's the price we pay for buying Garage Queens. You'll end up with a great car with any luck! |
