Just picked up 78-gtb. Between me and my brothers in law (partners and such) we have 5 alfas,3 Ferraris a(pinifarina coupe) 1-fiat dino 1-850. 1-xke- 1-vette-1-maserati-1-Porsche1-mga and a mix of uninteresting American iron.I sold my 80 gtsi, 944 and boxster and 96 and 91 vettes to make room for yet another F car. Want a TR or 206 or maybe even a 250 anything. Just missed a fully restored 330gt last winter over in Kutztown,Pa for 33k It went to California sight unseen.Currently driving 78 gtb a lot. Just worked out all issues. Picked car up last month in North Carolina. Would be interested in get together. | ||

I lived in lower Bucks,Pa at the time now I live outside of Quakertown,Pa I still get down there a bit. I usually attend the New hope show. With and without car depending on level of enthusiam at time.Takes me 40 minutes to get to New hope.Straight down 313 to 202. | ||

My wife and I had the privilege to meet up with Bruce Wellington and his wife Andrea this Saturday in Hew Hope PA, so I thought I'd share a few pics (Bruce I'll email them to you Monday). I did manage to keep up with him although it wasn't easy. Enjoyed the terrific company of Bruce and Andrea and their two great friends. Makes me appreciate this chat board for the introduction to good people. It's summer and it might be fun to post meetings and drives taken and share the great experience. Bruce and I discussed having a BBQ at our home in Princeton this summer for anyone that would like to come. Plenty of room and the drive is great. As Bruce reminded me, parking all those F-cars on the property will turn it into hollowed ground.We'll get back. Thanks Bruce for the great hospitality, you have a beautiful home and a beautiful wife. We look forward to getting together soon again. John      |
