Crude oil FYI - it is a common misconception that oil occurs in underground lakes and rivers. Actually, both oil and gas occur in permeable rock formations. Small interconnecting pores in the rock (which may be so small that you cannot see them with the naked eye) trap the oil and also allow it to migrate within the rock. the oil collects underneath a non-permeable layer of rock. This is the layer we drill through to get to the oil bearing rock below. Some of the wells we drill are as deep as 35,000 feet. So just for those who were wondering, the oil is not in some huge underground cavern, the oil is IN the rock. |

I have always wondered about that. Do the voids get filled up with something when the oil is extracted and if so with what? Another section of I-4? {Recently a big sinkhole formed in the middle of I-4 in Orlando Fla.} |

Since we are taking oil from the earth and leaving cavities there, could it be true the earth is becoming out of balance and shifting in it's orbit? Maybe this is why your cheerios are acting strangely. |

All my Cheerios were standing up this morning. Floating on the milk at 1 tangent point. They barely got wet. I dropped my toast on the floor and it didn't land on the butter side or the dry side. Right on the crust standing up. Most unusual. Indeed the end is neigh. |

The Captain has that Non-Caloric Cereal Varnish on it though and gives it a greasy taste. I also think the Captain himself is a little Gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that. |

Fruit Loops is one of the most nutritious cereals available believe it or not. Just read the labels. They float just like Cheerios and have the same Milk characteristics. The residual crumbs at the bottom of the bag are delicious. |

I believe that Cheerios, like any other object, can exist in 3 different planes whose movement is properly termed roll, pitch, and yaw. Assuming the milk is stable without waves, Cheerios would most likely vary in their "yawing" position; as in the rotation of a compass. We are assuming that these are normal Cheerios, not Anti-Cheerios, which might be the case when under the spatial field influence of Plantet X. Further investigation is warranted. |

The worst thing that could happen to me is to find that I would never be able to do something that I wanted to do because I let time slip by. Either by getting too old, or having death creep up on me. Art |

Jon, I prefer "Live every day like tomorrow might be your last." Kind of a 9/10 attitude. If I go 10/10, it just increases the chance that today WILL be my last! |

That site is indeed bad science, but it IS true that there are gravitational anomolies with the outer planets that have yet to be explained. I didn't see a story on the meteor that will destory the Earth in 2036 however. NASA admitted that their prediction that it will miss by 400,000 miles is speculative at best. |

www.xfacts.com Clever enough site, but the "science" is pretty shaky. I say farce, but who knows. What I do know is that we should all enjoy every single day, we really don't know which one will be our last. |
