Bob, can you post some pictures? Even though I'm sure pictures will not do justice to the piece, it should be a great teaser for anyone who is in the market for it.

very nice deal for $559!

I posed a question on the last challenge grill thread asking if anyone has swapped out with their original rear plate, if I could either borrow or purchase this item from them to create a challenge style grill. if anyone has one to donate or is interested in this product, let me know.

the >$2K item is from RM Racing and is a CF unit. Very high quality.

Two years ago, a friend wanted one and I asked my dealer for a price. First, they didn't want to sell me one because they are rare and needed for wrecked Challenge cars. Then, they quoted me $1300 plus labor.

Mine was a factory installed $559 option just like Willis'.

FNA retail is right around $1273.Labor time should be 2 hours, just depending on what your dealer charges per hour.

Hmm...I ordered the rear Challenge grill with my car and the option was $559. It would be a little more expensive to buy the part from Ferrari. $2,800? Was that a aftermarket carbon-fiber grill?
