Peter whatever you do, do not start a new threat with: I just got my camera, here are some pictures of my car...", remember what happened to Scott... I have been lucky. Had to get my clutch resurfaced and it was out of commission for one week but I bought another 348 for sale in my dealership, so at least I had one to drive. I need my F-fix in the morning...every morning. |

Some of you may know that my Mondial underwent major service and repairs last month. After a month in the shop and over $9K, the car is finally back!! YES!! Just need to wait for the rear TRX tires to come in, ETA mid-July. Today, I had to drive during the thick Hong Kong Friday afternoon rush hour traffic. Not recommended in a Ferrari. Was a bit nerve-wracking because I haven't put in enough F-time behind the wheel (driven it less than 10 times since I bought it) and still a bit rough on starting from standstill on uphill. The fact I am writing this post means that I made it back in 1 piece. (knock on wood) I was surprised that I even managed to drive almost 25 miles in thick traffic without stalling even once. |
