I just lost an Email from someone named BoAnderson regarding 512TR luggage. Does his name ring a bell with anyone? |

Eric, As far as I know the 308 and 328 series cars share the same luggage, as essentially they are dimensionally near identical in terms of luggage storeage areas.... David |

Dave, the tool kit case in a 348 is always tan. My 348 tool kit is tan even though my interior is black. My luggage is black to match the interior. I paid $1200.00 for the set that I found advertised for sale in the Ferrari Market Letter. |

Anyone heard of a set for 348 available? My toolkit case is a tan so I guess I should try and match that, what about old part numbers from Shedoni, can they still supply? |

I bought a complete luggage set, with covers, and keys; brand new for my 88TR. They are tan leather with brown cloth covers. I bought them from Continental Auto (Ferrari dealer), in Illinois, for $1200. I thought it was a very good price. They had it on consignment from a previous Ferrari owner. |

Jim, They are for a '84-'91 Testarossa's. I am not sure about later year models. The large centerpiece is a legal case similar to an airline pilots briefcase and is placed behind the seats along with the wide skinny one in front of it in the picture. The two small ones go in the boot in front of the wheel wells and the large ones, back left and right go in the boot on top of the spare tire cover. One of them is square and placed at the very bottom to leave room to store the tool rolls. Joe

Joe: The black luggage looks sweet. What car was it made for, and what is the purpose of the large center piece (and where in the car does it fit)? |

PS: the attache fits behind the seats of the 512 on the shelf and is held in place by those 2 leather straps behind the seats (I'll bet you were wondering what those straps were for). The other 4 pieces fit into the front compartment like a jigsaw puzzle. |

I have a 5 piece tan 512TR luggage set (2 large suitcases, two small cases and attache) that is NOS - still in the original bubble wrap from Shedoni, with the individual cloth ferrari bags, tags, locks, etc. Price is $4K I have another set that I actually use for trips. It is functional and beautiful and smells great. I think this luggage was also made in black although I have never seen a black set. |

Pricing Update: With a bit of persusion (ok, beating them up), it now appears that the 328 luggage can be had for $1,700+shipping. Still working on the TR set... Not to sound like a "Used car salesman"...this deal won't last long... Regards, David |

I have had the luggage sets for my 328, TR and 348 and they are great. You can maximise what you can pack in the car, and look great doing it. |

Had someone find out the price of some luggage to fit the rear shelf of the 550 - didn't need it but thought it would look nice - 2000..... That would pay for a couple years servicing (excluding cambelts) so quickly retreated back under my rock. |

Hi David, Would the 328 luggage fit in a 308? If so, I would be interested in the price of the set.

In the constant search for BB parts, I came across a Factory source that is interested in selling me their NOS inventory. Although most of the parts are pretty obscure...there is a new luggage set available for a 328 and a TR. I don't know prices, as of yet... If anyone is interested in these pieces, please drop me a note. Regards, David |
