I like the last one the best myself, it looks much more modern without the center body line. I also lowered the roof line on the last two tries and I like it better with the lower roof. I think the updated 550 seats look nice in it as well. The second one has to much junk on it I think (side vents, hood scoop). I added a small spoiler in the back from the 550 and I like it as well. With the big hit the powler,pt cruser and thunderbird where maybe a retro 308 would be a hit for Ferrari! I just love the looks of the 250 gto rear wheel vents I wish they had used them on more cars.

TJD I tried to add the 288 air damn on the gt4 but it looked like I pasted a camero front end on the gt4. Guess thats why I'm not a graphics artist! Maybe Tillman can do it.

Harlan..great it looks good with no roof spoiler..I like your first try the best,I like the factory center body line on your first over the smooth side..all the versions are a cool concept...you better hope nobody from Ferrari gets a visual on this they may reincarnate the 308...hey that may not be a bad idea..

Awesome..really like the front spoiler vents, wheels really make the car look unique..nice touch with fender badges and oh yeah the rear gtb window louvers. Sweet rear clip and mirrors, loose the rear window wing.

Ok I was procrastinating work today and made some "modifications" to the 308 Tillman posted. Here is my rendition.

Tillman,
If youre still bored, how about composing an image of a 308 gt4 with a front air dam like that of the 288GTO? --tim d

I have the 550 style rims (chromed) on my 79 308GTS. I got them from Speedline Competition. They look even sharper than the pic you posted.

Actually, there's a company that advertises 550M style wheels for 308/328 models in Forza, and I know that the drilled rotors are available -- though not in the huge size shown here.

I think that I can probably get close to this look, especially if I either start with a Euro or get the fiberglass euro front/rear bumpers.

First step, though, is to get the 308. Soon....

Looks nice to me. In person it would be stunning. If my memory serves me, fitting those 8.5" front rims would be interesting (forget about 10.5" rears). You might be able to get 4 fronts on it, it'd be close though. This is all assuming that someone is actually thinking about doing this, which would be cool.

The wheels are a nice touch, and the vented brakes are a nice too.

I was bored a bit and played with the Ferrarina.com 308 image. I think this is how I want my future 308 to look -- 550 style wheels and no (or minimal) bumpers.

Thoughts?
