I visited your QV500.com site several months ago. The model guide was very informative and helped me during the search for my car. It was obvious to me that a lot of research went into your model guide and it offered additional information beyond the many other sites I had visited during that time. I'm glad you refreshed my memory about your fine website. I've bookmarked it for future reference. Barry |

Ive cruised around, it seems like a fun site. I would suggest an expanded links page and perhaps more in depth resources for owners. Overall though a good site. |

kill the "enter" on the intro page and the instructions to enable cookies. you should just script if the cookies aren't enabled that the site won't work, if that is indeed the case. otherwise, that's information that isn't really necessary nor says anything about you or your site and its more important than your company or products that you sell. kill the drop down menu - since "enter" comes up a few moments after loading the site, I try to click on the pictures, and nothing nothing nothing. so the drop down looks like a menu VISUALLY - without reading the text next to it. doesn't make sense, but oh, its a poll! should be done differently within the site, not the splash/intro page. entering the site - there's a block for a left menu but there's nothing there. so.. its not necessary. maybe this is a spot for your poll for how they found the site? banner up top is 500px by 110px - standard banner sizes are 486x60. fonts, logo sies, pictures, layout and everything is great. no complaints there. hope my comments help, and if it sounds a little harsh, its not meant to be. its meant to be purely constructive. if you have any questions, feel free to email me. thanks.

The philosophy behind the site is basically to create an environment for exotic motorcar enthusiasts whereby it's not just a listing of cars for sale, but also has some original content in the model guides. We have always believed that these were good pieces of work and I can assure they took some time to compile! I realise now that it probably looked bad when I sent the original message asking for feedback, but I can assure all we've ever been interested in is creating the best site that we possibly could. I thought the most obvious way of achieving this was to ask the people who we want to visit the site their opinions so that we can deliver what they are looking for. Rob |

No problem, you're being nice, so we'll send you a few hundred hits. Can you give a brief overview of what the site is all about. Thanks. |

I apologise if I have upset anybody, it genuinely wasn't my intention to simply attempt to drive traffic to the site. We are looking to improve it and as you guys are the ones who the site is really aimed at, I was simply just requesting your input. Once again apologies if I have abused the forum or offended anybody Rob |

In a forum I moderate we call this a drive by spammer. Amazing how this terminology is appropriate for ferrarichat. |

Improve your site, or just get more traffic? It's ok, just come right out and say it. Don't you love these users that on the first or one of the first posts put their commercial URL. Do you think these are the type of users this board wants. How long is Rob Beeson going to be around answering questions and adding value back to the site? If someone like Edward posted his business information, I wouldn't care, because he adds more value to the site than I could repay. |
