I agree Bret. I would not buy a car from a dealer for a higher price than private unless the dealer gives you something in writing. Paul, don't buy a 95 with only 2 K miles unless that is what you want (garage queen). Ferraris are meant to be driven. In regards of value: A Ferrari always keeps its value but again, if you drive it then it's happy (and you too) but high mileage car loose more money (sounds stupid).

You can probably find better deals too, so it wouldn't be as much of a stretch. Dealers are often a little pricey but give you reassurance that things are in order (for the most part) but a well-maintained, privately sold car is often a better value.

I went through the same dilemma. After much research, I am glad I stretched and purchased the 355. NO COMPARISON! Drive the 355, then you decide. Less problems too!

have been looking for a 348 ts or spider for 8 months- not much luck ( think im too picky - or to cheap - wanted to spend 65-66k )
considering stretching to a 355 spider i saw listed @ wide world of cars - 95 355 spider 2k miles $129500 red/tan - never drove a 355 - did a 348ts is it worth the extra cash?
opinions of good deal? bad deal?
any known problems with a 95 355?
opinions of the cars value in 5-10 yrs
