Greg - Thanks for your help. However, it's not the same car. I'm particularly interested in the black interior. Thanks again.

athomson...there was an ad for Team Motorsports @ www.TEAMmotorsports.com for an 1985 308QV, red/tan with 30.6K miles for $41,500. Same car?

Jim E., I don't think it reveals that information...

Can you run a carfax report on the VIN and get the owners name? I can't remember, it's been a while since I've done one.

Let me check my latest copy of Autoweek at home...there was a 84/85 QV listed for $41.5 and this may be the same one. I'll post later this evening...

It is also a lot cheaper if you find the seller yourself - the prices are about 3K higher through a service like this.

I've read a number of times, on this board, that lots of people have had frustrating experiences with www.ferrariclassified.com. I've called them a couple of times to get information on a car I'm very interested in, but for whatever reason they don't call me back. I figured that meant the seller had already found a buyer, but if that were the case why wouldn't they remove the listing from their site?

Since I can't seem to get any information from the site operators, I thought I'd ask if anyone on this site can help me contact the seller of the following car.

http://www.ferrariclassified.com/cgi-bin/client.asp?a=Search&s=ViewDetail&VID=V35797&a=Search&s=SearchResults&MakeID=ferrari&ModelID=308+GTS+QV&StateID=0&MinYear=1982&MaxYear=2003&

The listing indicates the seller lives in Pennsylvania and it also lists the VIN, but I have no additional information. If anyone thinks they might know who the seller is, I would love to know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
