Hey guys, I missed last years get together, so Im up for anything. The only two weekends that dont work for me are June 1-2, and the Canadian GP weekend 15-16.

If we go to a park in Greenwich we may have to pay a fee for being non-residents - :-)

That would be cool. Paul I think since you're giving us so many good ideas you might have to take a trip up to NJ and come with us.

I got another suggestion for a rally destination.

How about ending up at the Greenwich Concours D'Elegance at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park on Arch St in Greewich CT. (Saturday June 1st) Check www.greenwichconcours.com for more info.

Go to go now, our second sunday rally starts in 2 hours........ 240 mile rountrip to Sanibel Island Fl. look for photo's tonight on FC Gulfcoast FL listing.

I try and keep everyone's email that is interested, but AOL's being a now so I can't put them in my address book. I'm not gonna use AOL again until I get my new computer, which is at home now, but I wont be home til the end of this week coming up. So, let's try and keep this thing at the top each day.

How about a trip to the american lemans race at Lime Rock on may 26th? Im sure there will be a few 333SP's. We can also watch audi take 1-2-3 too probably. Their R8R's have proven to be invincible.

Andrew-you and your dad are welcome, and you'll have fun.

Guys-we need to start looking at some dates in May. What works best for everyone? Also- a tour thru upstate NY, New England, or Long Island again with a few hours of karting thrown in in Westhampton? (rental karts, good track, instruction if needed, inexpensive)

Andrew.....we run a very informal get together and he is more than welcome. He should also join either FCA or FOC or both. I have found everyone very friendly and just wild about Ferrari's. There are some very good events in the NY / NJ / PA / CT areas this summer, Almost every weekend.

(kenny, im looking in your direction) Possible destinations are Miller Motorcars, they might have the 4200Gt coupe in, bailey said beginning of march.

Let me know if your going to be up my way in Hyde Park. I'm about 6 miles from the CIA. Also the Taconic is a nice ride although a little rough in places.I don't think the SP's would do a group of F cars unless your running in 3 digits.I just took out the 308 to clean it out. See ya

Paul Sloan: the roads you named are part of my usual haunt. All: There is a restaraunt in Briarcliff called Flames, with serious Luger- style, aged Porterhouses (one of the few steaks in my experience that equals or exceeds PL in Brooklyn), with a rather heady wine list. The owner, Nick, also has a nice private wine cellar/dining room, and in good weather, offers an outdoor patio. He is car friendly, and so are many of his customers. Just a thought for a good weather pit stop, assuming you'all have designated drivers, or do not drink.

A ride up thru Tuxedo to Hyde Park, ending at CIA would be terrific. A friend of mine is past president of the CIA, I can ask about a private dinner.

missed you last time on the tour/rally. It would be great to meet the gang in the area with F cars, looking to pick one up this summer and have been looking for a couple of months.

Went to school up in Westchester, the Taconic is a great road to ride on. Count me in.

I got shotgun in the S500 kenny, if chet is around he can ride in that space behind the rear seats, or i'll convince bosco to bring the SS (maybe he will have his new cam in so he shouldnt have a problem keeping up with an F355.

The Taconic is great. It is real windy, the only problem is it is laser infested. It has a wide median with hills and trees, the state troopers conceal themselves very well. My friend has a valentine 1 and it has helped him numerous times there. Another problem is they are doing a sh*tload of construction by yorktown and the road isnt the best there.

sorry I missed you in FLA. I got tied up with the kids. You are right I was thinking of the taconic last night myself. It really is a great drive, we should try it.

Adam - I am picking the car up tommorrow. If it is easier I can pick up the oil for you and drop it off up where you work. I go by there anyway. Let me know

I'm game. Had tons of fun last year. Bret if you need a car to drive have more than one to be happy to lend you. This time I am taking the Lotus or hopefully the new Euro 308 I have been searching for. Hope I find one by that time.

I have to have my car together by then. Now I have a motivation above all other previous ones. Damn. I figure as long as it runs, might have a milk case for a seat and half the engine compartment missing, but as long as it doesn't overheat and looks halfway decent it'll work. On a serious note, I think I'm gonna start subcontracting to my dad and uncle while I'm at school.

keep me posted. Also, even sooner, is the Christie's auction at Lyndhurst in Tarrytown, a gathering place for alot of cars, ranging from pre-WWI conveyances to ferraris to pink '59 caddies. I have been trying to organize a formal concours there, but in the meantime, we should get together as a group, yes?

Time for another rally/tour before school lets out and the tourists arrive.

We can start from my summer home again, or pick a different location anywhere in NY/NJ/CONN. I'm open for suggestions. Maybe we could even get some track time at Lime Rock or Pocono.

Looking at early-mid May, Saturday or Sunday.

post your interest here.
Adam-tune up the TR
