Mitchell, One good idea is to resale the parts you switch on your TR to recoupe some of you money on the new parts.... |

David, the car that you are refering to is a Testarossa (85-89) transformered to a 512M.. The car looks great, inside and out..
To answer your question Mitchell, Yes the job can be done......
You may want to ask about resell before you get into this.. Someone may assume that the car was hit and this may affect the resell value... |

Wow! That looks fantastic! Better than I had hoped! Though I would stick with the stock TR rims. Any idea on the value hit such a conversion would have on the TR? If the stock parts where kept I would imagine it would be minimal? |

Someone on this board has made changes to his Testarossa to make it look like a 512M. Don't remember if he started with a Testarossa or 512TR. He might be in the Showroom section.

Does anyone know if anyone has successfully fitted a 512 front spoiler on a TR?
*To head off any comments, not for poser status, but for beauty*
I love the look of the TR, but the two things that date the car in my eyes are the black bottom paint which is easy enough to paint match to the body. The second is the front bumper. The 512 looks fantastic, but for a good example I would have to come up with 30k over the price of a comparable TR. I do not care about the performance difference as my current car would smoke either of them, and I never drive it hard anyways!
From what I have been able to gather the 512 panel does not fit up to a TR. Is there a good 3rd party piece?
