I think I gave you earls name, I used him for a prepurchase inspection on a car I ended up not buying (could not agree on price with the owner) I found him to be very detailed and he pointed out some things I would have not thought of. He was very fair on price. Other than that one other person told me in passing that he was the F car man in cleveland area. No other info than that.
