LOL ALright - I need a dollar a day from EVERYONE and I can get a Daytona for my birthday!!!! I have two Daytonas...if someone wants to buy one and give it as a birthday present, feel free to email me. It won't be cheap as I have spent a fortune on each restoring, including a thorough strip and repaint 10 years ago on one of them. One is red with black, the other blue with black. I have fortunes invested in them, and still need to tweak the mechnicals including front suspension on one and the timing on the other. I also found this neat place in Florida that refurbishes steering wheels... I might try them...happy birthday, I just had my 61 st. | ||

Happy Birthday. When i met with Rob and others in NYC recently, i suggested that we do a "queen for a day" (how many of you watched that show or remember it;that will tell something about your age, 'cause i don't think it went into syndication). How many are there of us? We all chip in something (like a chain letter) and take votes on the most worthy or pathetic individual deserving of a free ferrari. And, buy one, for him or her. Yeah, it could be a 308gt4 or early 308 (wouldn't mind having either one myself, frankly), but that would certainly be a reward worth contemplating. (We can let the lawyers work it out, and if it makes Frank any happier, we can call it the "dino" award after you know who). See, Nika, i'm trying to get you there... Many good returns or whatever they say.(BTW, not implying that you are pathetic, but instead, deserving) | ||

I look forward to my birthdays, the more I have the closer I get to my next Ferrari! I bought a 365GTB4 this week Nika. It should arrive in the mail from Ebay some time next week. It will look nice on the shelf next to the 288GTO, TR, 550, 355, etc. etc. | ||

Okay - so it's THAT day today - I turn 29 YET AGAIN and as I look at my wonderful presents I think I have finally lost my mind. Seems ALL of my friends have given a Ferrari item. From a quart of oil to a car model.......Fila clothing....pictures, books etc - even my own mother gave me a Ferrari item. (Which is a surprise since she normally buys me cotton underwear with ducks on them that come up to...you know - they make GREAT dust cloths) Am I sane? Have I somehow started a Nika gift registry at the dealer? I thikn I need to get a life that isn;t soooo much Ferrari!!!!! send therapy money to...... |
