Tim, you are correct. For Ferrari collectors, anything, be it magazines, tools, any limited production item such as these toolboxes are must have, gotta have, don't pass up the opportunity. Thanks for the offer, it is really nice of you to think of those of us who collect Ferrari items. I did not mean to offend... it is just that Ferrari continues to elevate their prices on anything they make because there is always someone willing to buy them.... limited production they say...like those fool French wines which were once approachable and now are out of sight...Petrus, Lafite, Margaux, Mouton and Haut Brion. My goodness, supply and demand...what it does to this world. |

are the tools or the box worth even $900? probably not. just another piece of Ferrari merchandise available at an insanly high price. not even sure how many of these I can get for $1900. you just gotta want one of these sets to buy one but at $1000. off what they go for its not a bad price for memorabilia but its gotta be worth it to you. would I ever use the tools? probably not, the darn thing would probably be in the way most of the time but its still cool. just thought I would give my friends here a shot at them before they are all sold. |

I must say that the original tool kits that Ferrari has in a Daytona, Boxer, 308 or whatever, are of very poor quality. But in the search for originality I once paid 3500 for a new set of Daytona tools, when Daytonas were worth 500,000 US dollars. If you judge by those tools, 19.95 would too much to pay...Don't mean to offend anyone, but the cars are much better (even though relatively just as expensive) as the darn tools... thanks for the offer, but I will just buy the shield somewhere and stick on my crafstmen boxes.... |

The price is actually pretty good if you consider that Ferrari is selling tool kits for our cars for apporximately $1600. |

As nice as they are, but how much they cost is just insane! They are metal tools in a metal box for crying out load. Walmart's Toolbox with 200 tools will do for me, slap a scuderia shield decal on it and you are ready to go.
Would you every use them?
