So which does everyone consider a more realistic possibility: 1. Randy earning enough donations to buy a Ferrari, or 2. Myself actually locating and purchasing a 12 cylinder Ferrari sitting in the weeds in the back of some long forgotten salvage yard. What would the Vegas oddsmakers say about those chances? | ||

Well, I might be a moron to some people and a comedian to others. So it all depends on how you look at it. I think there are two audiences to this - those that think its funny and those that don't. I'm certainly not some rich guy - yet, but I've got a lot of great ideas those of which, while I'm still young, I'm learning and finding my ways through the system to make things happen the best I can. Yup, I do sell Hamann, HRE, Kinesis, lots of other stuff. Mainly because I like doing it, and right now as an unemployed techie, that's all I do. Most of my time is spent ordering and importing parts for particular cars from Europe and Japan. But that's all I can really say about me. As for the site - its still funny as hell in my opinion, that's why I'm still doing it. Unfortunately I haven't updated the site nor pushed my redesign in quite some time. I'll get back on the project sometime soon. Anyways, thanks for commenting on it. =) | ||

Hey Mike, Why do you say he's a moron? How do you know if it will work without trying? Take a risk, thats what its all about. He's made some money. You got to respect his idea, most folks in this forum wouldn't try this. I know the guy that runs this site & he owns others. You got to remember that www.buymeaferrari.com was set up back in 1999 when the stock market was stronger. What can i say, it was worth a shot. You may never know, the Sultan of Brunei could see it & could float Randy the cash for a new 360 or just give him one of his old F cars. You never know until you try. | ||

This guy has like 3 websites that sell parts from koenig, hamman, etc all for ferraris, from looking at them it would appear that he can easily afford a Ferrari. The part that gets me is that he is asking people to buy him a 360!! If he really loved ferraris he should be asking for a 308, which i'm sure he could afford. Hey ELI, can you give me your 360 when you replace it?  | ||
