That is way cool Chris and VERY nice of you to offer your driver to everyone.
I dont blame you for being scared of the F40. it is definatly a car to be respected when you are behind the wheel it can bite fast.
what a bummer about parking so far from the hotel.
do you know if I can buy display area at the hotel for my coach's? or who I should contact to find out? |

I spoke with Steve Tillack today regarding the track event at FCA/LA May 22-26. Skip Barber Racing School has been hired as the instructors. They will do a very good job, as I have raced with Skip in the past and they are very professional. My wife and I sponser a driver in the Formula Dodge Series, Grant Maiman. Grant just placed first and third at the first two races of the season at Laguna Seca last week. Grant has been an instructor at Skip Barber for 4 years. I bring this up because some of you had the chance to get expert instruction from him last year in Dallas when he was with me. Grant has extensive experience behind the wheel of most contempory Ferrari's. I am bringing Grant to FCA/LA as my driving coach again this year, (I am scared of the F40!)but of course I will not be out in every session. If you would like to get some seat time with Grant at FCA/LA, let me know early. (Tim, I have not forgotten you) For those taking trailers or semi's to FCA/LA they are going to be parked at the race track, 1 to 2 hours away from the host hotel! NO OTHER OPTION! There is NO trailer parking provisions at the hotel, keep that in mind. e-mail me if you want the name of the hotel where the instructors and racers are staying. Have fun, let me know if I can help.
