Puerto Rico is like that although I don't know about the bribing part, never tried it. This really sucks! My major concern is my wife, she seems to thrive on speeding tickets. I suppose they are probably more lenient with women. Although, from what I heard, this last court case was based on the intervention of the police with a lady somewhere. Single for a few days, Huh!... maybe that doesn't sound that bad after all!!! Caribe. | ||

I think the US will soon be a Police State completely dominated by the US govt. Everything will be illegal & cops ( who tend to be inbred white trash 90% of the time ) will be able to arrest you for anything they want. Not to mention that Big Brother already reads ALL your e-mail, faxs, & hears ALL your phone calls. I moved down to Argentina & I really feel a lot freer down here | ||

Seriously, these types of things remind me of people that vote to have themselves taxed more. I blame all of this on big business and the government, in particular the insurance companies. Damn big brother. It's only gonna get worse too, unless there is hope that my generation will clean it up, right...that'll happen. | ||

It stinks,ever so often big brother slips one of these in to gain a little more control over us. This should be something everone should know and be very concerned about.
