On that note, I was going up the highway in my Jeep (Wrangler) doing about 65 when I noticed that a silver Audi A4 was coming up on me at about 75 so I moved over to the middle lane to let them pass. When the car pulled up next to me I realized it was filled with 5 really hot girls all about my age (17-18). I made I contact with one of them and then they continued on their way. All I could think about was how much I wish I had the Ferrari ('85 308GTSqv)at a time like this. Dang, hopefully that'll happen again but I'll be in a certain little red car instead.

Later,
Bret

Without a doubt I have the most fun with my 328 GTS during the summer, on the highway with the top off. Most people will smile or wave. I've even had women blow me a kiss. Which brings me to my next point....Leave the wife behind. (It's nice to pretend that your single, every now and then)

In general I agree with all the previous posts: There are usually three types of individuals
1. The Ferrari Fan (50-65%)
2. The Apathetic (25-30%)
3. The Rednecks (~5%)

Hello, my name is Armand.
I'm from Amsterdam ,Holland.
I collect Ferrari-models for already 13 years, i've got about 200 models at home. I also have the "il cavallino rampante" (Ferrari-horse) on my rightshoulder (tattoo). I work as a manager of a Shell-petrolstation in Holland. And as you know, Shell is the biggest sponsor in the Ferrari-racing. 2 years ago, my boss had a present for me, they rented a airplane and we went to Maranello, where we visited the Ferrari-Factory. We stayed for 2 days, the second day we went to the Fiorano test-circuit. The press was also there. And i was allowed to drive with testdriver Luca Badoer in the 550 Maranello for 6 whole rounds at the Fiorano-Circuit. Our topspeed was 190mp/h, it was enormous. Those where the most beautiful 2 days in my entire life. If you want to discuss something with me, you may contact me.

Happy newyear!

There are only three kinds of responses 1.the thumbs up-people who like your car and know what it is 2. the people who don't have a clue what it is and could care less 3.and unfortunately the third are people who are jealous and would just as soon key it thinking you have money to burn!

Well, 99% of reactions are positive. The 1% are the occasional red neck pick-up driver that might be a little jealous. You always catch people staring and a few people roll their window down to talk. When getting gas or in parking lots I get many people stopping to ask questions. A few people are knowledgeable, but most don't know that it is a Ferrari or what year it is. I think that says a lot about how timeless the design is and that it truly is a special car. They like it because it looks and sounds great, not even knowing it has the Ferrari name on it and it's 15 years old.

Any stories on how people react when you drive your ferrari:

1. On the freeways
2. City
3. Parked

etc. Positive and negatives stories wanted.
