My 3 year old rides facing forward in the front seat, I'd be scared as hell having him backwards. Too much glass too close to his head.

children over 2 and 25-30 lbs should face forward and normally in the back seat. Obviously with a 2 seater you have no choice. Never put a child in the front seat with an airbag enabled!!!!!!

Agree with you there Anders. My kids (3 & 6) love coming out in mine, and I bought a 456 precisely because of this. It's much more fun going out as a whole family and your kids don't try knocking seven shades of crap out of one another to be the one to go out in the car. It swallows up child seats, strollers & all the associated kiddie crap with ease. I think kids understand all too well that this is one of daddy's toys and share your enjoyment of it. The only thing you've got to watch is for the the words " Daddy, I feel...." in which case I'm on the brakes and have the door open before they finish the sentence.

Excellent, gotta get my little girl in there when she's a bit bigger, only 2 at the mo. BTW is it the best option to have the seat facing back or would it be ok normal forward facing?

That is just awsome. I try to do the same with my son, but he is not old enough yet to completely enjoy it.

My wife thinks the car is too bumpy and noicy.
Our litte daughter (3 years) just loves it !
We get a lot of great smiles from people we meet where ever we show up, and it was an easy thing installing the babyseat.
Have fun, get out and drive !
