My understanding is the resistor is in the plug extenders on the 328. The 308's use resistor plugs and their extenders do not have resistors.

The NGK website says D8EVX which is NOT a resistor plug. I have had problems using my Family Service Radio (interference) in cars with non-resistor plugs. What is the correct plug, and can I go to a resistor plug without problems.

Thanks.
