This is how you remove them: http://server.ferrarichat.com/~ferrari/ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/112/8448.html Then, just go to your local auto parts place and get a higher wattage bulb -- I believe they're H1 Type.

Dave, frequency of use is of no consequence to their usefulness. Kind of like a fire extinquisher, not used very often, but when you need it, you want a GOOD one. Craig, how do I change the bulbs? I have added relays before, was just wondering if anyone else had upped the wattage with no problems. Putting in relays with heavier wiring is sage advice... |

I put larger wattage bulbs in mine. It's so easy to do because the battery is very close. Just wire in a relay to get power directly from it. |

I wouldn't recommend just replacing the bulbs with higher wattage items. The holders/wiring/switchgear specifications should at least be checked to ensure compatibility on load, I'd be very suprised if this was good to go as stock without upgrades. Besides, I'm amazed you have to use Fog lamps that often that this low efficiency is such an annoyance, just out of interest where are you located/driving david? |

Okay, just got a 328 to replace my 308 and those fog lights are pretty worthless. Anyone tried putting 100 watt bulbs in place of the 55 watt? Will the wiring handle that okay? And how the heck do you get in there to change them, the manual is of no help.... Thanks |
