53K on my 328. Service according to schedule, a very very small leak (camshaft, fixed now). That's all. Michael, do you live in sweden. I hope I'll see you and your TR in sweden sometime. I live in Stockholm. Where do you live? Ciao Peter |

I realize you said 3.2L, but on my '85 308 I bought it with 95k, and sold it a year later (when I moved from CA to Sweden) with 101k on it.. the car always ran beautifully.. no problems whatsoever. |

Eamon - I've been advised that a 308 engine is easily good for 100,000 miles with no major hassle IF it's properly cared for - so yours should be at least in that range. Good luck! |

I am wonder what kind of milage a 3.2 can take with regular servicing i.e. no engine out work ? My Mondial Cab had 32K when I bought it two months ago and now has 36K. As it is my daily (and only!) driver it just occured to me that at this rate it will be over 50K within a year. FWIW when I bought the car it was sitting up for over six months and I had no end of problems all of which I fixed myself (thanks to you guys and the invalueble advice). The car runs much sweeter and the gearchange has improved greatly. |
