In euro trim could it might be faster but for U.S. use it has all the junk put in it so i figure the my motor is detuned with smog equipment |

0-60 time 7.21 with 350.lb passenger load. 2 guys 1 to time it. I guess Thats it in acceleration in 400i. |

Randolph,I though it had room to go at 145 but I didnt want to push it. Do you think it is really that fast or are the speedometers off. Can you pull any wheel on pedal to metal takeoff? |

Bruno i do have a 400i auto,on a stand still i had my brother use a digital stopwatch best time was 7.04, i can also let you know it will top out at 150 MPH 6,500 RPM. |

I haven't timed it but I would bet it's well over 6 seconds. I like them and they are not a dragester but they are exceptionally slow from the start. But what a luxury cruiser. |

Ya it flies after you roll out to about 30-35mph. It has balls all way up to 145. Would love someone to time theirs 0-60 at standing start. |

Bruno, I don't own one but have driven one a number of times. They ain't lighting fast from a start but do well as you approach 60 to 70 mph. |

I guess I should have mentioned this. The questions are about acceleration etc with the Automatic trans. So does anyone got the auto also????? |
