William, it helps some folks to keep a database of racetracks...
that way you have a record of gear ratio selection, tire compound, pressure, spring rate, shock settings, lap times and so forth that you would use at different tracks...
Once you get started with it, it sure comes in handy.

Thanks Billy Bob, I am on Pirelli Challenge slicks. I asked some guys at the track, seems the NASCAR line is up higher but it doesnt look too comforting cus u r looking at the wall a long time. Guess I'll have to play with some new lines or try some Goodyears. I ordered some 305mm rear wheels so I have a little more tire in back, maybe that will help too

Sounds like adhesion loss. You may check your corner weight. This can greatly effect the car balance. If you are reaching the limits change to another tire like some slicks. Also there may be some bumps in the track at that exact spot that upsets the suspension. You can try to move your line which may or maynot improve your speed in the corner. Only the cement wall knows...don't go there.

I think I found a limit on the 512TR at pocono, I was almost out of the big bowl which is turn 1 about 60 ft past the apex when I feel the right rear suspension or tire doing this really odd thing. It feels like the tire is spinning, sliiping, and or losing adhesion , the left side tire is still gripping well, thankfully or I would have been into the wall at 120mph. This only happens at that particular spot at that speed at Pocono. Never happens at any other track. The right rear takes a lot of weight & pressure at Pocono especially at this point. I had my mechanic check the suspension after I felt it the first time at Pocono back in July during Belle Macchine. I know the suspension is good so I'm assuming its the tire slipping. Any other guesses ?
