Doc, The new part numbers are #82-1833 SP6 front and #82-1984 SP6 for the rear. You need 4 in the rear. I show them as available in my catalog. Please do confirm part numbers with your supplier before ordering. |

I have a complete clutch, pressure plate and accessories set that I may be willing to part with. I have to do a major on my 83 BBi, and depending on the condition of the clutch, I may not use the parts I purchased. Please contact me by e-mail to discuss further. I noticed in your profile that you have an 86 TR and 83 BBi, as I do. You win with the Daytonas. I come in second with the Dino. I would like to speak with you, but cannot contact you without your e-mail. Send me a message. Jim Selevan |

When i replaced the shocks on my boxer i converted to coilovers adjustable ride height cures the wheel gaps, got them from true choice they can also rebuilt your old koni's.Had the clutch replaced 8 years ago 1,700 for a set plus labor.i'll call different dealers since price could differ from $200 to $400. expect to pay no less than $1200 for a complete clutch set. |

I would recommend new, as generally, the price difference is minimal, but the 512 application could be different. Best way to find a good price on anything is to use Ebay and "google" search engine. Try "koni discount" or something like that and see what comes up on google. Search ebay and see what vendors are selling new konis and try contacting them directly, or check their repective websites for prices. Note that Konis usually do not come with the bushings, you will need to contact www.ferraripartsexchange.com for those...no not "sex change", ferrari parts exchange... :-) |

Has anyone replaced their koni shocks on a boxer recently? Any advice? I would like to know if you had them rebuilt by Koni or bought new ones, where, how much. I am also looking for a clutch and a throw out bearing for my 83 boxer. The last time my car was hauled 120 miles on a flatbed to be worked on, i lost my shocks (?) and clutch. Both were working fine but went bad all of a sudden..my bad luck i guess. Used to that with ferraris, haha. |
