Don't know about Mondials but 328's use brake pads from the parts bin. For instance, my notes show that the 328 fronts are the same as a BMW 535i (1988) and the rears are VW Fox fronts. There used to be a mail order house called Imparts. I traced the outline of my pad and faxed it to them. They matched it up and told me about the BMW 535i and VW Fox.

If you don't track your car, any brake pad will do. I use Rebco's on mine. They are relatively clean and more than sufficient for street use. And, they are cheap.

Any pad will stop you once. The difference in pads is what happens after repeated stops.

1984 Mondial CAb. My owners manuel and parts book both say my Ferrari requires the same brake pad on the front and rear,FERIT 1/D 346GG. After communicating with hgparts in Germany a nice fellow named Heiko I am confused. Heiko can supply ferodo brake pads at a good price but says the numbers he has shows a different pad on front and rear. Has anyone faced this small bit of confussion. I would hate to order the wrong pads. time and freight are a killer.
