Above the wheel well, driver side, where Peter mounts his. I test drove it tonight and found that I need to adjust the carbs a little further. It is running too lean and there is still popping. That will be for tomorrow or next week.

Excellent job Mitchell. Where did you mount the amplifiers?

I finished the project today, took all day. Finally, what I had to do was to rewire the resistor to be between the Ignition and the + Coil terminal, and left the condensor wires hanging off in the air, the tach signal goes to the neg terminal. It took a bit more work than I had anticipated but I think I will enjoy it.

For the tach signal, I left it as original (I left the ballast resistor on the coil, with the short red wire hooked up to it and the neg. terminal on the coil. The brown tach wire was hooked up to the other terminal on the ballast resistor).

Im having some problems getting the tach to work with my Millermon conversion. Its reading double right now because its now a single coil.

I have not tried the Crane setup, but I am stunned by how my car now runs with the Millermon conversion and MSD. Its transformed!

Peter,

What do you do with the two small green wires that used to connect to the condensors sitting on top of the distributors? They become no connect?

And, the 75GT4 tachometer signal is fed off a distributor, where and how is that going to work now?

I am getting ready to change to crane cams now that my engine is running good and steady and the advance mechanism seems to work fine.
