They should be pre-set from the factory, but if not, it's simple to change:

You must remove the coil spring (be careful and use the proper coil-spring compressors. The ones used for Mac-Strut equiped cars are perfect). With the spring off, compress the shaft until it bottoms out. Turn CCW until it engages the notches inside and continue CCW until it stops. Turn CW one (360°) turn and that should be the setting (at least for GT4's). These Knoi shocks have an adjustment range of three turns. The one turn out is the stock setting.

As for bushings, check the usual suppliers listed here...

I bought a new set of koni shocks for my 308 and I am unsure about 2 things. The first thing is that the shocks are adjustable. How do you adjust the shocks? Are they preset to a decent rate from the factory? Is it recommended to change the setting? Also, where can I find new rubber bushings for the shock eyelets. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Justin
