Jeff, could you provide the info for that company. Most companies I have called in the past don't carry them, certified or not. The ones that do, want serious money for them.

Just bought a halon 2.5lb from a local fire extinguisher co for $40.00, any local co will carry non certified extinguishers as each must be tested every 5 years by emptying the contents which cost more than a new halon extinguisher to refill at $150..00+ .

You cannot use non certified in any inspected location, building etc. but halon lasts 20+ years and still works as new

ABC extinguishers have such a super fine powder once used will get into bearings and seals and corrode them eventually destroying all metals and permanently damaging car, if anyone has one you should replace it with Halon
