Thanks Ed, I would prefer to leave the backglass in place for now. Ill take a closer look at the quarterglasses. |

On the Spiders the glass will simply push out along with the rubber seal that surrounds it. The rear glass does not have to come out on a Spider to remove the interior panels. |

I want to pull the quarter glasses and back glass out this winter on my 308GTB. (actually I really dont want to but I have to). Wondered what is involved particularly with the quarterglasses. They look like they are really in there and I may have to remove rivets. I want to take the parcel shelf out for recovering while doing a redye of my seats and door panels. Any suggestions on how much hair I will pull out during the job? I was told the parcel shelf is rivetted under the glass so they have to come out to do the job. Can I leave the backglass in and do this job? |
