Phillips head, about 2" length, a smidge over 1/8" diameter (sorry I don't have a metric ruler handy), black as shown here:

One of the PO's of my TR has removed the two screws that hold the two halves of the steering column cover together. I'm talking about the two piece, black, textured plastic cover that goes right behind the steering wheel. The upper piece has the VIN plate on it, and the bolts go upward, through the bottom piece.

I ordered the bolts from Ferrari, but they're on semi-permanent back order.

Could someone remove one of theirs and measure it for me (type, color, diamter of the shank, length of the shank, etc.)?

Even a digital pic with a ruler for reference would be enough.
