Stephen, check JC Whitney, they have lots of moldings for different things. I got my window track felt for my 308 through them.

Roger, excellent point! The only seals for the targa top that are proprietary are the two foam seals on the top itself and the forward seal on the windshield. The rest is standard door seal rubber, not sure of the type, but I remember my mechanic had a big roll of it and replaced several feet of my door seal rubber along the bottom of both the door sills on my old 308.

Paul,
The targa seals are on my longer term list.
However, I'm worried about getting too many things going too quickly. Initially, I want to focus on getting a few pieces really right.

Thanx for the suggestion tho.

Stephen-I'd suggest you going to a local upholstery shop and check their books on molding, grommets, seals, etal. You should be able to find them at a considerable saving. Thats what I've done on my 308 for the rear trunk seal and I found one that was nearly identical to the original. Roger B.

Thanks to everyone for the replies and advice. Since I just got the Ferrari back from its 30,000 mile check (a really nice job done by Norwood's, Dallas, I might add) my wallet is still recovering. I was rather hoping to "cheap" it out but it would appear that isn't to be. Pity!
Thanks again.

I have found on several items that ICP is actually more than the dealer! Go to the dealer first for reference, then check a few alternate sources to see if they are really cheaper, and always verify that they are factory parts, not repros. You may find the dealer the best source. Many will discount 10% for FCA members, ask....

BTW, not a bad idea to check your local dealer first. A lot of stuff is similarly priced and occaisionaly cheaper at the dealer...

T.Rutlands,...but they will not be cheap. That is why so many 308/328's have tattered looking seals... :-)

Run and get the KY jelly when you find a source. Oh and don't forget to bend over and touch your ankles. I here each side is around 2-400 bucks.

Gentlemen:
Is anyone aware of a good source for the front and side rubber seals for the removable top?
As always, thanks in advance.
Steve
