Just use a pair of visegrips with 2 pieces of wood from a paint stick so the pliers don't cut the rubber tube. |

I think Baldwin lists a Ferrari FI fuel filter as part# BF661. I'm sure its somewhat similar to changing a 308 Carb filter (I carefully pinch the hose coming out of the tank, or else you'll get what Bret is describing...). Is it a rubber or metal line to the pump on a QV? If you can block off the flow, it'll certainly make much less mess than dumping fuel all over the garage floor (also less dangerous). |

Just get underneath and you'll get it. It's a little tricky at first, but you get the hang of it quick. I also pulled the driver's wheel well to have better access. Pull it, and between here and underneath you'll get it out. BTW, if you're directly underneath when you pull it apart you'll be rudely awakened. |

I was wondering what the best method is to change the fuel filter on a QV. It is such a tight space and I need to fit 2 wrenchs in there but not sure how to do it. Any suggestions would be helpful. |
