I am 95% sure. I have taken mine apart 10+ times trying to locate a short in the system, change the bulbs to a brighter type. etc. I don't know how else you would access that area. As I recall, there is a piece of glass and a cardboard "gasket" above the plastic piece. Good luck. |

I already have the three switches out and I see the tabs but I am hesitant to pry/bend the lens to get the tabs free. Are you sure? I need to remove the assembly as I am dismantling the car for a project. Yes I have parts available. |

The plastic piece has tabs on the ends that snap into place. I believe you can gently bend the lens to disengage the end tabs. Also, there are 6 bulbs to replace. If there is no light, the problem probably lies elsewhere |

You have to pull the three overhead pushbutton switch bodies. |

How does one remove the main plastic lense from the overhead console in order to change the light bulb? |
