I'm not sure about the QV, but on the early 308's you pull the 4 little warning lights at the corners of the dash. Behind them are the mounting screws for the dash. Have to remove the steering wheel, or you can unscrew the brackets holding the speedo and tach to get the panel past the wheel.

I have one burned out dash light behind temperature gage how do I get into rear of panel.
