My heater valves were ok to service, reconnecting the T piece was the hardest. It's under the scuttle and rejoins the two hoses into one and then gets the water back to the lower radiator hose. |

I had to repair the heater valves in my 308 QV. There are two valves, one for each side. The OEM valves are expensive, i mean there are $200 or so. These valves are very similar to those in Opel cars from the seventies. I had repair the heater valves with the inner parts of the opel valves and i got it for $20. Its a little work but i have no interest to waste money for those parts Dirk |

It is located underneath the plastic shroud between the spare tire well and the windshield. There is only one. Be careful removing hte shroud, they seem to crack easily, esp. near the spare tire well. |

Can anyone tell me where the heater control valve is in my 308? Are there two of them and are they difficult to get to and replace? Thanks. |
