There is a black lever in that hollow space under the steering rack. Pull it down [it takes good bit of force]. The steering column is adjustable [up/down]. It looks like from the book that it also telescopes - but I can't figure that one out. Happy adjusting.

I read in the book but when i tried i was afraid that i might break something. I feel somesort of a hollow space under the steering rack and try moving it but with no luck i have no idea how to move it. Anybody?
