Jay, Im glad Im not the only one that thinks on Honda's when I see that black crinkle finish. But your right the black crinkle finish looks great. Maybe Davis can do a yellow crinkle finish. |

Robert, don't take this the wrong way but why would you want to paint the valve covers and fuel injection bright yellow? The aluminum and crackle black is beautiful as it is. When I see stuff like that it reminds me of Hondas. I would powder coat the control arms and chasis members for durability. Just my unasked opinion |

Just wanted you guys to know I purchased a powder coating system. I will post some of my parts that I will be coating, wheels, valve covers, air box ect. There are a variety of colors including color matched to your paint, solids, metallics, wheel finishes, chromes, pearls, candies and wrinkle finishes. As you know powder coating is a very durable finish that will last almost forever. I will post some pricing also on doing the process for any of the members wishing to have anything coated on their car at very reasonable prices. I am going to coat my valve covers and fuel injection in bright yellow and will post pictures soon. |
