I was looking at the brake caliper/pad assembly and noticed the way the pads are held down is a little different than the Brembo set up used by recent Porsche's. On the Porsche's there are small cotter pins that lock the transverse rods in place that hold the pads in. The Ferrari does not seem to bave these locking pins. Are the transverse rods locked in by anything other than the spring plate, or can they just be taped out the other side while pushing the spring plate down ?

Thanks.
