Very funny, actualy I have notice now the fuel pump is making a very odd loud noise, I think it must be the problem... |

After a long drive from Tampa to orlando my car started acting like it was missing, but only during shifts. If I got on it, it seemed fine. but after I shift gears, it was like someone turning the car on and off. I can drive it as long as I take off slowly, and a about 1 min after a shift I can get on it. Its Fuel Injected 1981 GTSI. Seems like its more like ignition, but I checked the ignition its all fine. I didnt think fuel injection had problems like this. Any ideas where to start looking at with fuel injection? Could those white ballast resistor looking things behind the passanger kick panel have something to do with it? I installed an AMP inside there. |
