Thx Todd! The color is called Chiarro Blue. It's actually a slight lighter blue than the picture because the picture was taken against the sunset. When I sell, I let you have first dib on my Chiarro Blue Spider :-)

John,
Nice car...what color is that? Grigio...keep my info down the road if you are looking to sell it...I'm in North Jersey.

I went with an Eclypse CD/Stereo and Zapco Amp in my 328 and love it.

Fraser, I agree with you. I also was looking at the Alpine System. I know the Alpine system is more suitable for high and low ranges of sound, and it's also the only system that's powerful enough to produce rich sound without an amp. Thx for the info and please email me the model #.

I have an alpine unit going in mine and the guy is a whizkid - he has built me a flat box for the passenger footwell for a bassunit and then cerwin vega speakers and tweeters in the doors all concelaed....he did my cerbera before and it was excellent...head unit (will find out model number for you) but fairly powerful at 4X65 watts per channel and no need for an amp as direct power cable to the battery...only problem is i have to wait for 2 months for the box unit to be built and installed....

I know it's probably a sin to even consider putting a high power stereo into a Ferrari over the nice Tubi melody; but sometime I just want to cruise with a nice powerful bass sound. Unfortunately, the spider I have has speakers and a radio almost as old as a commodore 64 computer.

Has anyone ever tried to install a system yourself? If not, is there a specific sound system that you would recommend?
