Jeff, I know this is going to sound dumb, but check to make sure that the little plastic y that splits the air between the 2 horns hasn't come undone. Mine did just that, and I was all ready to R&R the horns/pump, when I found it, reattached the hose, used a black zip tie to keep it from happening again, and gave the replacement horn to a friend as a present. Has worked fine since then. FYI if you do have to replace the horns, go to harbor freight and pick up the entire set (horns, hose, compressor) for less than $20.00 HTH Scott |
