I was going to pick up a bit today as well but after looking at the label, I decided that I would very that folks here are using the same stuff I saw at the store. (And that was in a tube - I would guess about 1 oz - claimed to cover 20 sq ft and was Carnuba wax based?)

It is a oil base and penetrates the pores of the metal. |

Several people have reported great results using Rub & Buff on engine parts. I am curious to know how it stands up to the heat as its basically a wax based product. |
