I have the same problem too! Frank Parker said the lights in his 328 could be found on some junk-yard Alfa. Maybe he will share his info.

If you have strong fingernails or use like a wide blade scraper to lift the edge of the switch, it will pull right out. It has a spring clip on the ends on the switch.

VS

Take the shifter gate out and the ashtray. Then, pop the set of four switches and you'll find two screws. After taking these out, the console lifts up.

First the dumb question - how are these removed? Will they just pull up out of the console or are they held in place by little tabs?

Procedure for switch with 3 pots. Next time I'll try this with a scanner.

There are adjustment pots on these switches for those lights. There is a service bulletin, # 80-36 on how to adjust them depending on if you have 3 or 4 pots. Pull the switch and see how many pots you have and I would be glad to fax you a copy of it or I could post the procedure.

TM:
Another item that caused mine to not work was the plug by the heater valve. The LEDs get their feedback through this plug. On my car the plug got a little wet. You can experiment with some jumpers. The problem could also be in the servo/feedback area..Mark
