Chris -- If you can pull a front and rear wheel off yourself (not necessarily at the same time) you'll be able to make fairly decent offset measurements yourself even with the tires mounted. I'd especially recommend that you arm yourself with a little knowledge and not rely completely on the wheel vendor's "application guide" if you're special ordering something -- JMO.

Chris,

I went through my 348 Challenge notes last night and came up with the front 8 x 18 Speedline Challenge wheels are 60 mm offset and rear 10 x 18 is 80 mm offset. I beleive, but cannot confirm, that the rear difference for Speciale and Spider is 40 mm?? If it is 40 mm difference, that means your rear offset is 40 mm (80 - 40 = 40). The difference may only be 20 mm?

We never raced on the Spider offset specification so I don't have written records.

Hope this helps and someone else can confirm.

The original owner had Speedline Alesio 3pc. 18" wheels installed with the correct offset. No wheel spacers that I am aware of. The wheel mounting bolts are different. 1994 348 spider.

Looking at putting on aftermarket wheels. What wheel spacers will I need for a 348 spider?

Thanks
