Clyde -- I think you can do best price-wise for the seals/o-rings by going outside even the discount F network (maybe $1~$2 each) -- I'd try Ric R.'s advice and give H.D. Rogers a call: http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/112/186912.html If you're more adventurous you can fish around the importec site (e.g., a 1990 Audi 90 5 cyl K-Jet seal seems the same).

Injector seal for your 1983 QV is part# 114661 and can probably be found at one of the parts sponsers on this site or the Ferrari Owners site Vintage Parts Section for $3.60 Brit Pound (about $5 American I think). If you can't get them e-mail me. I have a parts guy who can get them for about $6 each plus shipping. |

OK, I found the replacement injectors on e-bay for $18.50. Pulled out a couple of the old ones to replace. But I've found the rubber grommet/o-ring/seal tends to rip around the old injector's neck. So I'd like to replace the old ones. Somebody have a source? I haven't found a name in the archives. Also, do you have to pull then Plenum to get at #3 rear injector? If so, what gaskets should be pre-ordered? Thanks |
