Thanks a bunch. The digital image shows me exactly where to look. I am going to try this today.

Fender well ? How do I access the area ?

If the problem persists after checking the easy side of the plug, sometimes it's necc. to inspect & repair the plug side in the fender well also.

Roger
The rubber boot or electrical hose from the inside driver door panel connecting to the coupling of the electrical socket. Simply twist/unscrew the coupling and slowly pull back the rubber to reveal the colored wires and connectors.

I had the same problem back in Sept and the problem were the connector pins on the driver door that were detached. You have to pull back the rubber boot and lightly tug on each colored wire to check if one is actually loose. I corrected several wires by soldering them in place instead of crimping them back. I hope this is also the easy fix for you as mine. Also check the passenger door connectors if you need too.

Roger,

Do a search - there are quite a few results for power window. (683 to be precise!)

As a fellow 348 owner I had the same problem once - turned out to be the multi connector on the drivers door.

Good luck

Paul

Hello All ! I am new the group. I think this is an awesome forum ! Quick Question:

the passenger power window on my car has magically stopped working after a car wash. I check all fuses and everything looks ok. Any ideas ?
